Job Description
As the Head of Merchant Banking Division at Fullon Finance Private Limited, you will be responsible for managing and executing capital market transactions, including IPOs, rights issues, and bond offerings. You will lead the drafting and preparation of DRHP (Draft Red Herring Prospectus) for capital market issuances and ensure compliance with SEBI regulations, capital markets, and corporate finance standards. Your expertise in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and regulatory compliance will be essential in this role. Additionally, you will be leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing team with strong leadership and management skills. To qualify for this position, you should have a minimum of 3+ years of Merchant Banking experience and possess in-depth knowledge of SEBI regulations, capital markets, and corporate finance.
