Job Description
At AppX, we are actively looking for skilled IVR Testing professionals to join our growing IVR team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge conversational AI and voice technology solutions, contributing to the development and quality assurance of intelligent voice response systems. Experience: 1-2 Years Location: Bengaluru Notice Period: 0-15 days Key Responsibilities: IVR Functionality Testing: Evaluate the system's ability to process spoken language, navigate menus, and perform requested actions accurately. Conversational Flow Testing: Test a wide range of dialogue scenarios to ensure the system provides correct and coherent responses. Voice Recognition Validation: Assess the performance and accuracy of speech-to-text conversion in varied environments. Text-to-Speech Evaluation: Ensure clarity, tone, and naturalness of the system's audio responses. Bug Identification & Reporting: Log defects and collaborate with developers and engineers for timely resolution. Test Case Development: Design and execute detailed test scripts that cover standard and edge-case scenarios. Tool Utilization: Work with IVR-specific testing tools such as CYARA and relevant automation frameworks. Skills and Qualifications: Strong Understanding of IVR & Conversational AI: In-depth knowledge of natural language processing (NLP), speech recognition, and dialog systems. Hands-on Experience with Testing Tools: Proficient in tools like CYARA or similar IVR testing automation frameworks. Excellent Communication & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to clearly articulate issues and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. High Attention to Detail: Capable of identifying subtle issues and verifying compliance with quality benchmarks. Familiarity with Agile Methodologies: Experience working in fast-paced, iterative development environments. Basic Programming Knowledge: Understanding of scripting or programming languages such as Python or Java is a plus.,
