Job Description
1. In depth knowledge of Designing & Costing of LT Panels and PLC Panels. 2. He/she should have hands on experience on Autocad to prepare detailed Power and control diagram of MCC, PCC, DB, APFC, Feeder pillar panels. 3. Co-ordinate with client till gate approval of panel dwg. 4. Timely action oriented person. 5. He should involve in day to day mfg activity and solve the problem of on going work with electrician. 6. He can conduct Panel FAT with client and before that internal FAT. 7. GA Drawings including Door Layouts, Door Cut-out drawings, Internal component Mounting Layouts etc. 8. Single Line Diagrams & Feeder Lists, Wiring Diagram, Terminal List, Bill of Materials 9. Calculation of Short Circuit Current, Bus Bar Sizing, Cable Sizing, Breaker Protection Settings 10. Bus Bar/Bus Bar Support Arrangement Drawings 11. Coordinate with Purchase Department and provide proper input to purchaser. 12. Coordinate with Vendors, Customers & Consultant. 13. Production Planning coordination with electrician to match the delivery dates 14. Well versed with MS Office Suite, AutoCAD and other software 15. Well versed with testing of all types panels. 16.
