Content QA Specialist Fuselio Technology

We are seeking a detail-oriented Content QA Specialist to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and overall quality of content across our digital platforms. This role involves proofreading content based on a predefined set of writing rules, verifying the correct display of images and multimedia, and ensuring all details (such as phone numbers, links, and formatting) are correct on the website. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, strong proofreading skills, and experience in website content verification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proofread website content to ensure compliance with established writing and formatting rules.
• Verify the accuracy of company names, phone numbers, hyperlinks, and other critical details.
• Check for spelling, grammar, punctuation, and consistency issues across all pages.
• Ensure all images, videos, and other multimedia elements load correctly and display as intended.
• Identify and flag any missing or incorrect content, including broken links or outdated information.
• Validate the consistency of city names and formatting in accordance with predefined guidelines.
• Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure sections and headings are formatted correctly.
• Collaborate with content creators and developers to rectify errors and improve content presentation.
• Maintain detailed documentation of errors found and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Conduct periodic audits to ensure content remains accurate and adheres to quality standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in proofreading, content QA, or website content verification.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot inconsistencies quickly.
• Familiarity with Google Docs proofreading tools and content management systems (CMS).
• Understanding of basic HTML and web structures is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to provide clear, constructive feedback.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Experience in applying structured proofreading rules to large content sets is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in content QA for a website with structured writing guidelines.
• Understanding of SEO best practices related to content formatting.
• Ability to work with a large team and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
