About the Role As our Content Production Coordinator, you're the operational anchor of every shoot. Youll scout locations, wrangle props, confirm talent, and make sure were on time, on brand, and on brief. You make magic happenbefore, during, and after the camera rolls. What Youll Do Coordinate all pre-production logistics: call sheets, props, location scouting, equipment rentals, and talent bookings Set up and break down sets for shoots across product drops, lookbooks, campaigns, and socials Work closely with creative leads to understand the visionand translate it into real-world execution Manage vendors and freelancers (photographers, stylists, models, HMUAs) Keep shoots running smoothly and on schedule Track production budgets and expenses Source and organize shoot-day supplies: steamer, clamps, wardrobe racks, snacksyou know the drill Maintain an organized inventory of production materials What You Bring 23 years of experience in content or fashion production A cool head under pressure and a knack for last-minute problem solving Great taste, strong instincts, and a sharp eye for detail Comfort with physical workhauling gear, assembling setups, adapting on the fly Strong organizational skills (Google Drive is your best friend) Bonus: Background in fashion, design, or styling Youre Probably Known For Being unflappable on shoot days Knowing exactly where the tape/scissors/steamer is Turning chaos into clarity Being five steps ahead, always,
