Job Description
Develop and implement engaging learning content (PPT, video, e-learning modules) for a new HR & L&D department within the real estate/construction sector. (Compulsory Skill) Create employee engagement activities & interactive learning experiences using AI-powered tools. (Compulsory Skill) Manage and maintain the LMS platform. Conduct research and stay up-to-date with emerging AI technologies in learning. Proficient in researching and developing engaging learning content. (Compulsory Skill) Proficient in Excel. (Compulsory Skill) Well versed with English & Hindi Language. (Compulsory Skill) Proficient in researching and developing engaging learning content (PPT, video) using AI tools. Must stay current with emerging AI technologies. This is not a trainer role; this is a content development role. Must be willing to work from our client office in Malvani, Malad, Mumbai.
