Company Description A content creator [@eshaoberoi on instagram] This is a hybrid work setting where after the initial training and syncing phase, the work will largely be remote unless there's a shoot day or large number of edits that need to be done in person. Role Description - Managing my content end-to-end [This includes sorting files, creating albums, backing files up] - Should be adept with short-form and long form content. - Understanding my brand identity, creating a monthly calendar and ideating posts to go up - Ideating new content pieces in line with what's going in my day to day marrying those to what's trending on social media. - Must be proficient in editing short form. - Helping with copy, captions and audio. - Ability to work with editors to get me the output and aesthetic I'm seeking. - Helping with incoming and proactive brand outreaches. Qualifications Min. 1 year experience working on social media Proficiency in written and verbal communication Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Project & Content Management Basic Editing & Ideating on new concepts Start-up mentality and agility, as the workflow can evolve. Work is Monday - Saturday for ~25 hours. Post the initial period, the candidate will be independently managing projects and can decide their working hours as long as the timelines/deliveries are being met.,
