Job Title: Site Supervisor / Construction Supervisor

Job Purpose:

To oversee and coordinate day-to-day construction activities at the project site, ensuring work is carried out as per approved plans, quality standards, and safety norms.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise construction workers, subcontractors, and site operations.
• Ensure work is completed according to design specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
• Allocate tasks and monitor daily productivity.
• Maintain records of manpower, materials, and work progress.
• Check quality of materials and workmanship.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and suppliers.
• Resolve on-site issues and provide quick solutions.
• Prepare and submit daily progress reports.
