**Job Description: Civil Site Supervisor (Interior Building Project)**

**Position Overview:**

Micromint is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our interior building project in Dehradun. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, particularly in interior projects, and will be responsible for ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Supervise and manage all on-site activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules and quality standards.

* Oversee subcontractors, laborers, and suppliers, ensuring proper coordination and efficient workflow.

* Monitor the progress of the project, identifying potential issues and addressing them proactively.

* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on the construction site.

* Maintain accurate daily reports on site activities, progress, and resource utilization.

* Conduct regular site inspections to ensure the quality of work and identify any corrective actions needed.

* Communicate with the project manager and other stakeholders regarding progress, challenges, and milestones.

* Assist in the procurement of materials and ensure timely delivery to the site.

* Ensure that all work is completed in accordance with the approved plans and specifications.

* Support the resolution of any on-site disputes or issues in a professional and effective manner.

**Qualifications:**

* Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

* Minimum 2-3 years of experience in supervising interior building projects.

* Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.

* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
