Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Foreman located in OMANiL. The Foreman will be responsible for supervising and coordinating daily tasks and activities on construction sites. This includes overseeing the use of heavy equipment, ensuring effective communication among team members, and monitoring the progress of carpentry and maintenance tasks. The Foreman will ensure that all work is performed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Qualifications Strong Supervisory Skills and ability to manage teams effectively Experience with Heavy Equipment operation and oversight Excellent Communication skills for clear and effective interaction with team members Proficiency in Carpentry and related construction skills Solid understanding of Maintenance processes and procedures Ability to work on-site in New Delhi Previous experience in a Foreman role or similar position preferred High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certifications in construction-related fields are a plus,
