Junior Estimator About the Role As a Junior Estimator at D&C Estimate, you will be trained to support Australian subcontractors with quantity take-offs and detailed scope breakdowns using industry-standard tools. This is an ideal role for recent graduates or entry-level professionals looking to build deep expertise in construction estimating, while working within a fast-growing, quality-focused team. Key Responsibilities Review construction drawings and identify relevant scope items Use Bluebeam Revu to mark up drawings by trade Export and process quantity data into Excel to develop Bills of Quantities (BOQs) Follow scope checklists and client instructions with high attention to detail Update job status and files in SharePoint as per internal SOPs Liaise with managers for clarifications and QA feedback What Were Looking For Qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar Strong Excel skills; familiarity with formulas and basic formatting Ability to read and understand architectural and structural drawings Willingness to learn and take feedback Bonus: Familiarity with Bluebeam or any take-off software Mid Level Estimator About the Role As a Mid-Level Estimator at D&C Estimate, you will independently manage take-offs and scope analysis across multiple trades for Australian construction projects. Youll work within a structuredteam, supporting both our internal QA processes and our clients" demands for accuracy and speed.
