Role Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Curriculum Developer and Trainer to join our team. The primary responsibilities include providing training sessions and presentations to teachers, principals, and academic trainers both online and in-person, traveling up to 200 kms as required. The ideal candidate will be involved in the creation, curation, review, quality control, and validation of educational content. Roles and Responsibilities Significant responsibility is to provide training sessions and make presentations to teachers, principals, and academic trainers (online as well as willing to travel). Responsible for designing and developing the curriculum. Should be involved in the creation, curation, review, quality control, and validation of developed content. What are we looking for Bachelor's degree in any respective subject. Should have at least 1 year of teaching experience in their respective subjects i.e., English with Social Science or Computer science with Maths or Pre-Primary, and Science. Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage and motivate learners effectively. Flexibility and willingness to travel to different locations for training assignments.
