Job Description

As a Computer Repair Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing hardware and software issues on a variety of devices. Your primary duties will include assisting customers, recommending hardware or software upgrades, and maintaining accurate service records. Your key responsibilities will include diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and peripherals using diagnostic tools and hands-on testing. You will also be expected to remove and replace faulty components such as HDD/SSD, RAM, motherboards, and power supplies, as well as install peripherals like printers, scanners, and monitors. Additionally, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, and troubleshooting operating systems and applications, managing driver conflicts, and removing malware. Data recovery and backup procedures will also be part of your responsibilities to safeguard against data loss whenever possible. As part of routine maintenance, tasks like disk cleanup, defragmentation, system updates, and performance optimization will also be required. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. In addition to your base salary, performance bonuses and yearly bonuses are also available. The work location is in person. Thank you.,
