Job Description
-job timing is 8.30 am to 6.30 pm
? Job Summary: We are looking for a multi-skilled individual to handle basic computer operations and assist in packaging and dispatch of goods. The ideal candidate should be comfortable using computers for data entry and managing packaging tasks in a fast-paced environment.
? Key Responsibilities: Computer Operation Duties:
- Enter order details, update inventory, and maintain dispatch records
- Generate invoices, labels, and shipping documents
- Coordinate with courier/logistics partners for pickups
- Respond to basic customer/order-related queries via email or calls
Packaging Duties:
- Pack products securely as per standards
- Label packages with accuracy and ensure correct contents
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of packing area
- Assist in stock movement and shelf arrangement
? Requirements: Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, Typing, Printing)
- Experience with billing/inventory software is a plus (e.g. Tally, Zoho)
- Prior experience in packaging/dispatch roles preferred
- Attention to detail and ability to work on repetitive tasks efficiently
- Physically fit to handle manual packaging work
