Computer Operator M/S Hi Tech Instruments

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Computer Operator to manage and maintain computer systems, ensure smooth data entry, and support daily office operations. The ideal candidate should have basic technical skills and the ability to handle administrative computer-based tasks accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate computers and office software (MS Office, email, data entry tools, etc.)
• Enter, update, and maintain data in databases or spreadsheets
• Handle printing, scanning, and documentation tasks
• Ensure proper functioning of systems and report technical issues
• Maintain files, records, and system logs as required
• Coordinate with team members for data and reporting support
• Monitor and manage routine backup, antivirus updates, and security checks
• Perform basic troubleshooting and escalate IT issues when necessary
