Job Description
You are a skilled and experienced CNC Milling Machine Programmer who will be responsible for programming and optimizing CNC milling machines to manufacture precision components according to technical drawings and specifications. Your key responsibilities will include daily programming of CNC milling machines using CAM software, reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files, setting up machines and selecting appropriate tools, fixtures, and cutting parameters, conducting trial runs and making necessary adjustments to ensure part accuracy, monitoring and improving cycle time, tool life, and machine efficiency, performing regular maintenance checks to ensure operational readiness of the machines, and collaborating with the production and quality teams to maintain product standards. To excel in this role, you should have 1-2 years of experience in CNC Milling Programming, proficiency in CAM software, a strong understanding of machining processes, materials, and tolerances, and the ability to work independently and troubleshoot on the shop floor.,
