Job Description
? Job Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware and software.
Manage LAN/WAN infrastructure, switches, and Wi-Fi routers.
Maintain and troubleshoot CCTV, printers, and biometric systems.
Perform regular system backups and antivirus updates.
Provide technical support to staff on computer and networking issues.
Maintain inventory and documentation of IT assets.
Basic server & firewall configuration (preferred but not required).

? Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and IP configuration.
Familiar with LAN cabling, switches, and routers.
Good understanding of computer assembly and repair.
Knowledge of CCTV/NVR/DVR setup (added advantage).
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
