Data Entry & Processing: Input and process large volumes of data accurately into computer systems and spreadsheets. Excel Reporting: Use advanced Excel functions (such as VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.) to generate and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytical data. System Monitoring: Monitor computer systems and networks to ensure they are operating efficiently. Troubleshoot minor technical issues and escalate complex problems to the IT team.
