What Youll Do: Oversee and manage all corporate secretarial functions, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. Draft, review, and manage legal documents, contracts, and agreements to safeguard the companys interests. Provide legal and compliance advice to internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, and Operations, to ensure regulatory compliance across the organization. Monitor and interpret new and emerging legislation, assessing its impact on the company. Maintain and update corporate records, including board resolutions, minutes, and statutory registers. Coordinate with external legal advisors, auditors, and regulatory authorities as required. Conduct compliance audits, risk assessments, and internal investigations to ensure adherence to legal standards. Develop and implement compliance training programs to promote a culture of ethical conduct and compliance awareness. Stay updated with the latest compliance trends, legal regulations, and best practices. What Youll Need Bachelors degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent. 3-6 years of experience in legal and compliance roles, preferably in a startup or FMCG environment. In-depth knowledge of corporate laws, regulatory compliance, and contract management. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.High level of discretion and attention to detail.
