Job Description
As a Company Secretary at A Sahasra Group Company located in Noida, Phase II, your responsibility is to ensure that the chairman and the board operate in compliance with rules and regulations. You will assist the chairman and CFO in enhancing the efficiency of board functions and fostering effective communication among the board, committees, senior management, non-executive directors, and shareholders. Your duties will also involve the administration of the company, including maintaining statutory books, organizing board meetings and AGMs, preparing agendas, taking minutes, filing necessary documents such as annual tax returns and audit reports, and monitoring changes in the company's share capital, administration, and regulatory environment. It will be your role to liaise with external regulators and advisers, such as lawyers and auditors, and develop systems to ensure the company's compliance with applicable codes and statutory requirements. The ideal candidate for this position should be an authorized member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) with 1-2 years of experience. Excellent interpersonal communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and analytical skills are essential. You should be able to multitask, meet deadlines, handle confidential matters with responsibility, work effectively within a team, and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
