Role Overview: Were looking for a creative, passionate, and driven Community Manager to engage with users, foster trust, drive product adoption, and represent the voice of the customer to internal teams. You will be the bridge between our users and the brand across multiple online platforms including Meta, Instagram, Telegram, Discord, X (Twitter), and Reddit. Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement community engagement strategies. 2. Manage and grow our online communities across various platforms. 3. Respond to community queries in a timely, positive, and helpful manner. 4. Organise AMAs, contests, and community events to drive user participation. 5. Collect feedback, report bugs, and convey feature requests to the product team. 6. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor communities, and crypto culture. Requirements: 1. Proven experience as a Community Manager, preferably in fintech, wallet, or crypto platforms. 2. Strong understanding of blockchain, wallets, and Web3 concepts. 3. Excellent communication (English), writing, and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to handle community crises and ensure user satisfaction. 5. Familiarity with tools like Telegram, Discord, X, Reddit, and community analytics platforms. 6. Nice to Have: 1. Multilingual abilities (Hindi or other regional languages). 2.
