The ideal candidate should have a strong command of the English language and a keen interest in training and mentoring individuals to improve their communication skills. Preferred Qualification - Any degree, fluency in english. Excellent in english communication. Good interpersonal skills. Freshers are accepted. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement lesson plans tailored to different proficiency levels. Assess learners progress and provide constructive feedback. Encourage confidence-building activities to help students overcome language barriers. Use innovative teaching methodologies to make learning effective and enjoyable. Assist in designing training materials, exercises, and activities. Support learners in improving their verbal and non-verbal communication skills. Requirements: Any bachelors degree. Fluency in spoken and written English is mandatory. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Passion for teaching and helping learners develop confidence in English communication. Prior experience in training or teaching English is an added advantage but not mandatory. Ability to engage and motivate students.
