Position: Commis 3
Monthly Salary: Rs. 13,000 - Rs. 15,000 (subject to negotiations on skill assessment)
Working Days: 6 days a week
Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Location: Malad West, Link Road, Mumbai
Job Scope:
- Assist in basic mise en place and ingredient prep
- Maintain hygiene and kitchen cleanliness
- Support higher commis levels in daily production

Job Scope:
- Handle basic pastry tasks independently (sponges, cookie dough, etc.)
- Assist in setting up entremets and basic assembly
- Maintain prep lists and assist with inventory
