• Preparation of ingredients and cooking dishes as per recipes and instructions
• Maintenance of consistency and quality in food preparation and presentation

Kitchen

Operations:

• Daily kitchen operations efficiently and check adherence to assigned tasks
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely delivery of meals

Hygiene and Safety:

• Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen
• Adhere to health and safety regulations while handling food and equipment
• Ensure proper storage and labelling of ingredients
• Cleaning of utensils and kitchen equipment

Inventory Management:

• Report shortages or issues with ingredients or kitchen equipment to Kitchen Manager

Learning & Development:

• Stay updated with culinary techniques and kitchen trends
• Picking up Culinary Skills while on the Job

Teamwork:

• Support the kitchen team in maintaining a positive and productive work environment
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed during peak hours
