Job Location - Bahrain Job Title: Assistant Cook - Catering Main Objectives: Assist in preparing raw materials for meals, including cold meals, snacks, sandwiches, fruits, and vegetables. Prepare meals under supervision. Main Duties: Receive instructions and prepare raw materials, snacks, and sandwiches for various airlines. Occasionally prepare meals for aircrafts under supervision. Fetch kitchen equipment from Equipment Stores as instructed. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards. Adhere to health, safety, and security regulations. Work Contacts: Limited to immediate work associates. Supervision: Works under close supervision. Safety & Security: Implement safety and security measures at the airport. Work Environment: Air-conditioned kitchen, exposure to oven heat. Minimum Requirements: Education: 9 years of schooling plus 6 months in industrial cookery.
