Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing ingredients for cooking (chopping, peeling, measuring, etc.).
• Cook basic dishes under guidance and ensure quality standards.
• Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to hygiene and food safety standards.
• Store food properly and monitor stock levels, reporting shortages to senior chefs.
• Assist in receiving and checking deliveries.
• Support other kitchen sections when required.
