Hocco ICE Cream is Hiring -Commi- II for Bakery

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing a variety of baked goods including breads, rolls, cakes, cookies, muffins, and pastries.
• Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the bakery department.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation, kitchen equipment, and utensils.
• Ensure all bakery items are prepared on time and meet quality standards.
• Measure and mix ingredients accurately.
• Assist in receiving and properly storing bakery supplies and ingredients.
• Monitor the freshness of ingredients and report spoilage or shortages.
• Adhere to all food hygiene and safety standards (HACCP or equivalent).
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet production schedules and service requirements.
• Support other kitchen sections when required.
