You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients in the marketplace. You will assist in sourcing, listing, selling, and leasing commercial properties across Bengaluru. It is essential to maintain an active pipeline of potential buyers and sellers. Your role will involve negotiating property transactions from start to finish and conducting inspections along with all other duties associated with listing and selling/leasing a commercial property. Furthermore, you will cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key account clients to ensure a high presence in the marketplace. As a suitable candidate, you should be a Fresher IHM graduate with good negotiation skills. Excellent communication skills are a must for this role to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.,
