Collections Team Leader Sri Sai Venkata Janani Associates

Credit Card Collections Team Leader is responsible for leading, supervising, and motivating a team of credit card collection agents to ensure efficient recovery of overdue accounts while maintaining compliance with regulations and company policies. This role involves monitoring team performance, providing coaching and training, to the Field executives who are responsible for the collection regarding Credit card recovery.

Recovery Field Executive is responsible for visiting customers with overdue credit card payments to negotiate repayment plans, collect dues, and ensure account closures as needed. And the ability to handle field collections tactfully while adhering to company policies and legal compliance.
