Job Description
You will be responsible for ensuring a 100% collection efficiency of the assigned portfolio. This includes collaborating with the business team to achieve high levels of collection efficiency that are aligned with organizational goals. Building and nurturing positive relationships with customers in the assigned area will also be a key focus of your role. Your major key responsibilities will include handling Soft Collections (0-30 Days), managing DPD (30-90 Days), addressing NPA accounts (90+ days), overseeing PDC Exhaust Management and Nach Activation, as well as managing Cheque Bouncing and Penal Collections. Overall, your role will be crucial in maintaining strong collection efficiency and fostering positive customer relationships to contribute to the organization's success.,
