Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Collections Manager based in Jaipur. The Collections Manager will be responsible for managing the collections process, developing and implementing collections strategies, and working closely with customers to resolve outstanding debts. Key responsibilities include monitoring accounts, analyzing delinquent accounts, generating reports, and coordinating with the finance and legal departments to take necessary actions. The Collections Manager will also mentor and train team members to ensure the effective execution of collections strategies. Qualifications Strong analytical skills, including the ability to analyze delinquent accounts and generate reports Excellent communication and negotiation skills for working closely with customers and coordinating with internal departments Leadership and team management skills to mentor and train team members Knowledge of collections strategies and best practices Familiarity with financial processes and legal aspects of debt collection Proficiency in using collections management software and tools Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field Experience in the financial services industry is a plus,
