Key Responsibilities

1. Contacting customers: Reaching out to customers to collect outstanding payments or debts.

2. Negotiating payments: Working with customers to arrange payment plans or settlements.

3. Resolving disputes: Addressing customer concerns or disputes related to payments.

4. Maintaining records: Updating records and databases with payment information.

5. Meeting targets: Achieving collection targets and performance metrics.
