Collection/Recovery Manager BSA Infomedia Private Limited

We are seeking a result-oriented Collection Manager to oversee and manage the debt recovery process. The role involves leading a team of collection executives, ensuring timely collections, reducing delinquency, and maintaining a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor a team of field collection agents.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve collection targets.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and company policies in debt recovery.
• Handle escalations and negotiate with defaulting customers for payment settlements.
• Monitor and report daily, weekly, and monthly collection performance.
• Coordinate with Feld team.
• Maintain MIS reports and share collection analytics with senior management.
• Train and guide the team on collection techniques and compliance standards.
• Maintain cordial and professional relationships with customers while ensuring timely recovery.
