1)Ensure Daily Productivity Meets The Allocation And Call Targets Set In The Crm. 2)Convert Callbacks, Broken Ptp (Promise To Pay), Ptp, And Ots (One-Time Settlement) Into Payments.Contact Debtors To Negotiate Debt Recovery.Update And Maintain Databases, Mis, And Customer Interaction Status In The Company'S System.Achieve Monthly Recovery Targets.
