Job Responsibilities:Make Daily Follow-Up Calls To Customers Regarding Overdue Loan Payments.Update Payment Status In System/Software After Each Call.Explain Emi Dues, Penalties, And Offer Solutions For Payment.Maintain Good Customer Relationship And Handle Calls Politely.Coordinate With Field Collection Agents For Follow-Ups.
