Job Title: Collection Recovery Telecaller Key Responsibilities:- Contact Customers With Overdue Accounts To Negotiate Payments And Settlements- Build Rapport With Customers And Understand Their Financial Situation- Develop Payment Plans And Agreements- Meet Monthly Collection Targets- Document Customer Interactions Accurately.
