Job Description
You will be responsible for managing an in-house tele calling team consisting of 25-30 members, focusing on collections and recoveries without involving field collection activities. Your primary tasks will include ensuring that the team meets assigned targets, interacting with high-risk customers to resolve their accounts, and coordinating with the Collection Manager to ensure proper processes are followed. It is essential to have knowledge of dialer systems and related software, along with the ability to maintain the required intensity and consistency in follow-up procedures. To succeed in this role, you should have 2 to 4 years of experience in managing tele calling collection processes, preferably in the Banking, NBFC, or Fintech sectors. Proficiency in MIS and Excel is required, along with excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi. This position offers a dynamic working environment that encourages collaboration and provides ample learning opportunities with challenging problem-solving tasks.
