Collection Manager Muthoot finance

Develop and execute effective collections strategies for a diverse portfolio of loan products (e.g., personal loans, business loans).

Lead, train, and manage a team of collections executives to achieve individual and team recovery targets.

Monitor and analyze collections data to identify trends, predict non-performing assets (NPAs), and optimize recovery processes.

Ensure all collections activities adhere to internal policies and regulatory guidelines set by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and other relevant authorities.

Handle complex or escalated collections cases, negotiating with customers to find viable repayment solutions.

Collaborate with the credit, legal, and risk teams to improve loan underwriting standards and resolve legal disputes.

Prepare and present detailed reports on collections performance, NPA status, and recovery rates to senior management.

Implement and manage collections software and tools to enhance efficiency and data accuracy.
