Monitor Performance :- Oversee Daily Collection Activities, Ensuring Timely Recovery Of Outstanding Credit Card Payment, Develop Strategies :-Hire, Train, And Supervise A Team , Monitor Performance Customer Negotiation: Handle Escalated Cases, Negotiate Payment Plans, And Resolve Disputes With Customers. Strong Communication And Negotiation Skills.
