Collection Executive / Officer New Freezing Point

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Collection Executive to manage and follow up on outstanding customer payments. The role involves visiting clients, collecting dues, maintaining records, and ensuring timely follow-ups in line with company credit policies.

• Key Responsibilities:Follow up with customers for pending/outstanding payments via calls, visits, or emails.
• Visit clients/vendors in person for payment collection as required.
• Maintain accurate records of follow-ups, collections, and customer commitments.
• Reconcile accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on collections and outstanding balances.
• Escalate delinquent accounts to management for further action.
• Maintain a professional and respectful approach while handling clients.
• Ensure all collections are documented and deposited as per company procedures.
