Collection Executive / Officer MM Speed Debts Collection

Looking forward with below skills -

• Follow up on payment commitments and maintain records.
• Negotiate payment plans where necessary.
• Handle customer queries and provide timely resolution.
• Update system with call details and payment status.
• Maintain professionalism and compliance with company policies.
• Good communication skills (Hindi/English/Regional language).
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Positive attitude and problem-solving ability.
• Prior experience in BPO / Collection / Telecalling is a plus.
• Must be punctual and target-oriented.
