Job Description
- Follow up with clients for pending payments through calls, emails, and personal visits (if required)
- Maintain and update the aging report for outstanding dues
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve any billing or invoice disputes
- Maintain daily records of communication and payment status in the collection management system
- Negotiate and set up repayment plans when necessary
- Escalate chronic defaulters to legal or senior management, as per company policy
- Generate and submit collection reports on a weekly/monthly basis
- Ensure collection targets and KPIs are met consistently
- Assist in verifying the KYC, payment proof, and other relevant documents from clients
- Communicate courteously with clients and ensure their queries are resolved to maintain a good relationship
- Adhere to company policies, legal compliance, and ethical standards during all collection activities
