Job Description
Responsibilities: Collection Calls and correspondence Accounts Receivable. Set up the Management Information System report on daily basis. To follow up on form C on regular basis. Providing customer service regarding collection issues. Process customer refunds, process and review account adjustments. Responsible for monitoring and maintaining assigned accounts- Customer calls, account adjustments, small balance write off. Customer reconciliations and processing credit memos.
