Hocco Ice Cream is Hiring Cold Storage -Executive

Job Location - Bavla (Manufacturing Plant)-Ahmedabad Gujarat

JOB Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain cold room temperatures as per industry standards (-18°C or below for ice cream).
• Ensure proper storage, stacking, and handling of finished goods in cold rooms to prevent product damage or temperature abuse.
• Manage inward and outward movement of stock (FIFO/FEFO compliance).
• Coordinate with production, dispatch, and quality teams to maintain inventory accuracy and traceability.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure hygiene, safety, and compliance with food safety standards (FSSAI/HACCP).
• Supervise cold room staff and ensure adherence to SOPs and safety protocols.
• Prepare and maintain daily reports on temperature logs, stock movement, and storage status.
• Handle breakdowns and coordinate with maintenance teams to resolve cold room issues quickly.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong understanding of cold chain logistics and temperature-sensitive product handling

Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems for inventory tracking.

Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and FSSAI regulations.

Good coordination and communication skills.

Physically fit and able to work in cold environments for extended periods.
