Job Role: Coating Operator Department: Production / Manufacturing Reports to: Production Supervisor / Manufacturing In-Charge Job Summary: As a Coating Operator, you will be responsible for operating tablet coating machines to ensure consistent coating quality as per manufacturing standards and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Set up and operate automatic or semi-automatic coating machines. - Adhere to batch manufacturing records (BMR) and SOPs during the coating process. - Monitor parameters such as spray rate, pan speed, temperature, and airflow. - Conduct in-process checks for weight gain and appearance. - Clean and maintain coating equipment following cleaning SOPs. - Ensure proper documentation and report any deviations. Requirements: - Understanding of tablet coating processes (aqueous and non-aqueous). - Knowledge of GMP and process validation. - Minimum qualification: High school diploma or equivalent (technical training preferred). - 1-2 years of experience in pharmaceutical tablet coating (preferred). Job Role: Blister Operator Department: Production / Packaging Reports to: Production Supervisor / Packaging In-Charge Job Summary: The Blister Operator role involves setting up, operating, and monitoring blister packaging machines to package products according to GMP standards and production targets. Key Responsibilities: - Operate blister packaging machines following BMR and SOPs. - Ensure correct materials are used for packaging. - Monitor machine parameters and make adjustments for output and quality. - Perform in-process checks for batch code, print clarity, and sealing. - Maintain machine cleanliness and report any issues promptly. - Record production and cleaning activities as per GDP. Requirements: - Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical packaging processes. - Understanding of GMP and safety practices. - Minimum qualification: High school diploma or equivalent (technical training preferred). - 1-2 years of experience in blister packing (preferred).
