Responsibilities: Provide individualized and small-group coaching: Offer targeted instruction and support to students in various subjects, including but not limited to Mathematics, Science, English Language Arts, and Social Studies. Develop and implement engaging lesson plans: Create customized lesson plans tailored to the specific needs and learning styles of each student. Assess student progress: Monitor student performance, identify areas of weakness, and provide timely feedback to students and parents. Foster a positive and supportive learning environment: Encourage student participation, build confidence, and promote a love of learning. Utilize effective teaching strategies: Employ a variety of instructional methods, including visual aids, hands-on activities, and technology, to enhance student understanding. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians: Provide regular updates on student progress and address any concerns or questions. Maintain accurate records: Track student attendance, progress, and performance data. Adapt to different learning styles: Adjust teaching methods to accommodate students with diverse learning needs. Follow established curriculum and guidelines: Adhere to the institution's coaching methodologies and curriculum frameworks. Stay updated on educational best practices: Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge. Manage class behavior: Maintain a positive and productive learning environment. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (preferred). Proven experience working with students in grades 1-8. Strong knowledge of core subjects and curriculum standards. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to create engaging and effective lesson plans. Patience, empathy, and a passion for teaching. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
