Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Co-Founder with investment at Fizmaa, located in Nashik. The Co-Founder will be responsible for driving the company's strategic vision, overseeing daily operations, and providing leadership across various departments. Key tasks include developing and executing business strategies, identifying growth opportunities, managing finances, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and leading marketing and sales efforts. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a commitment to making impactful contributions to the company's success.
