If you've ever wanted to build a brand from scratch, lead the product journey end-to-end, and create timeless pieces that define masculinity with style this is your calling. Who Were Looking For A passionate, hands-on fashion designer or production expert with a keen eye for mens fashion. Someone whos lived through the processes of sourcing, sampling, production, and quality and is ready to own the entire backend of product creation. Your Role As Co-Founder Product & Production, youll be responsible for: Designing and developing collections (starting with premium mens shirts) Building the supply chain from scratch sourcing, sampling, vendor onboarding Overseeing prototyping, fabric selection, trims, stitching, and finishing Ensuring scalability and quality across product lines Collaborating closely on brand positioning, launches, and drops Based In Mumbai to stay close to where ideas are made and executed.
