Role Description This is a full-time on-site/ Hybrid role for a Co-Founder located in Karur. The Co-Founder will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, developing and implementing strategic plans, managing sales and marketing efforts, conducting market research, and ensuring effective communication across the organization. Additional responsibilities include identifying growth opportunities, fostering relationships with stakeholders, and maintaining the quality and integrity of our organic products. We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Co-Founder to join our leadership team and drive the company's vision forward. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills and Research capabilities Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for organic farming and sustainability.
