Job Description

You will be responsible for running CNC machines (HMC, VMC, VTL) independently. You will execute inspections according to control plans/Quality plan frequency using measuring instruments such as Vernier, Micrometer, Bore dial, etc. Daily maintenance of machinery will be part of your routine. It is essential to closely monitor machine performance as per the program and ensure the safety of machinery and measuring equipment. Updating production records and idle times in the logbook during every shift is a crucial task. Maintaining cleanliness and housekeeping of the premises following the 5S principles is mandatory. Additionally, ensuring the safe use of customer property, instruments, etc., and working in compliance with Standard Operating Procedures are key responsibilities. To excel in this role, you will need skills in machining processes, CNC operations, knowledge of relevant machines, maintenance, drawing interpretation, inspection, instrument usage, as well as strong communication and team skills. The educational qualifications required for this position include ITI, DME, DAE, B.E Mech, and the experience range is from 0 to 7 years.
